Clicking the print button opens the schedule – without the site header and footer – in a new browser tab. You can then print using the browser’s print function (usually File -> Print).
If the highlighting that shows each person’s range of dates is not printing, there should be a print setting to fix this. The process will vary depending on which browser and operating system you are using. The instructions below are for MacOS and are current as of Aug 2025. Hopefully the process for Windows and for other browsers is similar.
Chrome: expand the “More settings” area, scroll down to “Options”, and check the “Background graphics” checkbox.
Firefox: Scroll down to “Options” and check the “Print backgrounds” checkbox.
Safari: expand the “Safari” area and check the “Print backgrounds” checkbox.
